Due to the nature of blockchain technology, digital asset transactions, and decentralized networks, certain transactions may be irreversible once confirmed on-chain. For this reason, users are encouraged to carefully review all transaction details, wallet addresses, and service information before proceeding.

At Phantom Squad, we believe in transparency and fairness. Our refund policy is designed to protect both our clients and our services.
We operate on a “No Recovery, No Fee” basis for our full recovery service. The $99 case evaluation fee is refundable under specific conditions outlined below.
$99 Case Evaluation Refund
The $99 case evaluation fee is fully refundable under the following conditions:
• If our forensic analysis determines your case is unrecoverable, you receive a 100% refund
• If you cancel your case before analysis begins, you receive a 100% refund
• If we are unable to complete the analysis within 10 business days, you receive a 100% refund
Note
Important: The $99 case evaluation fee is non-refundable once we have completed the forensic analysis and provided you with a detailed report, even if you choose not to proceed with full recovery.
Note
The case evaluation fee is separate from the full recovery success fee. You are never charged any additional fees unless we successfully recover your funds.
Full Recovery Service Fee
Our full recovery service operates on a strict "No Recovery, No Fee" basis.
You are charged a success fee of 20% only if we successfully recover your stolen cryptocurrency. This fee is calculated as 20% of the total recovered funds.
No upfront fees for recovery work
• No hourly rates or hidden charges
• No fees if we are unable to recover your funds
• You pay only after funds are returned to you
Note
Example: If we recover $10,000 of your stolen funds, our success fee is $2,000. You receive $8,000. If we recover nothing, you pay nothing.
Important Note
The success fee is non-refundable once funds have been successfully recovered and returned to you. All recovery work is performed at our own risk.
Refund Request Process
To request a refund, please follow these steps
1. Email us at support@yourdomain.com with “Refund Request” in the subject line
2. Include your full name, email address used for the case evaluation, and the transaction hash or payment receipt
3. Specify the reason for your refund request
4. Wait for our team to review your request (response within 3-5 business days)
Note
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
Timeframes for Refunds
Once your refund is approved, please allow the following timeframes for the refund to be processed
• Credit Card Payments: 5-10 business days
• Cryptocurrency Payments: 1-3 business days
• Bank Transfers: 5-7 business days
• PayPal / Online Payments: 3-5 business days
Note
Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or financial institution. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds are not available in the following situations:

• If you provided false, incomplete, or misleading information that affected our ability to evaluate your case
• If you attempt to recover funds independently or through another service while our analysis is in progress
• If you fail to respond to our requests for information for more than 30 days, resulting in case closure
• For the 20% success fee after funds have been successfully recovered and returned to you

Important Note
All recovery work is performed at our own risk. The success fee is earned only upon successful recovery and is non-refundable.
Chargebacks
We take chargebacks seriously. Please contact us before initiating a chargeback to resolve any issues.
If you initiate a chargeback without first requesting a refund through our standard process:
• Your case evaluation will be immediately paused
• All recovery work will cease
• You may be held responsible for any fees incurred from the chargeback
• Future services may be denied
We reserve the right to dispute any chargeback that does not meet our refund policy conditions. Valid refund requests will always be honored through our standard refund process.
