These Terms & Conditions apply to all users, clients, and visitors of our website and services. We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.

We provide professional cryptocurrency recovery services including but not limited to:

 Consultation and case evaluation services

Our services are performed on a “best efforts” basis. Due to the nature of blockchain technology and cryptocurrency transactions, we cannot guarantee successful recovery in every case.

All recovery work is contingent on the cooperation of third parties including exchanges, law enforcement, and blockchain network conditions.

Our full recovery service operates on a strict “No Recovery, No Fee” basis.

You are charged a success fee of 20% of the total recovered funds only if we successfully recover your stolen cryptocurrency. This fee is due upon successful recovery and return of your funds.

No upfront fees for recovery work
No hourly rates or administrative charges
No fees if we are unable to recover your funds
 Payment is due only after funds are returned to you

The success fee is earned at the moment funds are successfully recovered and returned to you. This fee is non-refundable and non-disputable once recovery is complete.

Prior to any full recovery service, we offer a $99 case evaluation to assess the recoverability of your stolen funds.

The $99 case evaluation fee is non-refundable once the forensic analysis is complete and the report has been delivered. However, if we determine your case is unrecoverable, the $99 fee is fully refundable.

As a client using our crypto recovery services, you agree to the following obligations:

 Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information about your case
 Supply all requested transaction hashes, wallet addresses, and documentation in a timely manner
 Respond to our communications within a reasonable timeframe
 Refrain from attempting independent recovery that may interfere with our efforts
 Notify us immediately of any changes to your case or contact information
 Pay the agreed success fee promptly upon successful recovery

 Important Note
Failure to meet these obligations may result in delayed processing, case closure, or termination of services without refund.

 Note
You retain full ownership of your wallet and private keys at all times. We never request or store your private keys or seed phrases.

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

 Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information about your case
 Attempting to hack, decompile, or reverse engineer our systems or tools
 Using our services for any illegal purpose including money laundering
 Interfering with or disrupting our blockchain tracing or recovery operations
 Sharing your case details or our reports with unauthorized third parties
 Attempting to recover funds independently while we are actively working on your case
 Threatening, harassing, or abusing our team members

Important Note
Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate termination of services, forfeiture of any fees paid, and legal action where applicable.

Our services are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without any warranties of any kind.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to:

 Implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement Warranties that our services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
 Warranties that recovery of stolen funds will be successful in any specific case
 Warranties that blockchain tracing will always identify the scammer or their exchange accounts

 Important Note
We do not guarantee that stolen funds can be recovered. Recovery depends on multiple factors outside our control, including scammer behavior, exchange cooperation, and blockchain conditions.

No advice or information obtained from our team shall create any warranty not expressly stated in these Terms & Conditions.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

 Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings
Loss of data or wallet access
Loss of goodwill or reputation
 Business interruption
 Unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data
 Any other damages arising from your use of our services

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms & Conditions or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the case evaluation fee ($99) or, if applicable, the success fee paid for recovery services.

Important Note
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of liability for incidental or consequential damages. In such jurisdictions, our liability shall be limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless our company, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and contractors from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from or relating to:

 Your use of our services in violation of these Terms & Conditions
Your violation of any applicable laws or regulations
 Your provision of false, misleading, or incomplete information
 Your unauthorized sharing of our reports or case details
 Your interference with our recovery operations or blockchain tracing
 Any dispute between you and a third party arising from your crypto transactions

 Important Note
We reserve the right to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter subject to indemnification by you, in which case you will cooperate with us in asserting any available defenses.
